With a project budget of $5 million, the estate features intricate architectural details and custom-designed interiors that exude luxury. Additionally, Hamptons Haven has achieved LEED Silver Certification, incorporating energy-efficient systems and sustainable materials to create an environmentally friendly and luxurious retreat. This blend of classic design and modern sustainability sets Hamptons Haven apart as a premier example of high-end residential design.


Hamptons Haven features exquisite architectural details such as coffered ceilings, crown moldings, and wainscoting, all crafted from high-quality hardwoods.

The project incorporates advanced energy-efficient systems, including geothermal heating and cooling, and utilizes sustainable materials such as reclaimed wood for flooring and low-VOC paints.


In the Hamptons Haven project, we meticulously crafted the coffered ceilings, crown moldings, and wainscoting from high-quality hardwoods to enhance the classic sophistication of the space.
Custom marble flooring was selected for its elegance and durability, while bespoke chandeliers were designed to provide a focal point in each room. Each element was chosen to contribute to the estate's luxurious and timeless ambiance.
We paid close attention to sustainability in the Hamptons Haven project by integrating advanced energy-efficient systems, such as geothermal heating and cooling. Reclaimed wood was used for flooring, adding character and reducing environmental impact.
Low-VOC paints were selected to improve indoor air quality, ensuring that the estate not only exudes luxury but also meets high standards of environmental responsibility.
