The villa includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all designed with high-quality natural materials such as reclaimed wood and stone to enhance its connection to the coastal surroundings.
Additionally, the project has been certified by the Green Building Initiative for its sustainable features, including solar panels and eco-friendly building materials. Ocean Breeze Villa provides a tranquil, airy atmosphere with a soothing color palette, making it the perfect luxurious oceanfront escape.

In developing Ocean Breeze Villa, we focused on creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience by strategically placing large, floor-to-ceiling windows that capture sunlight throughout the day.
The villa features a custom-designed infinity pool that overlooks the ocean, providing a visual connection to the water. We also designed bespoke furniture pieces that blend with the natural materials and color palette of the villa. The addition of a private pier for yacht access.
The villa includes luxurious amenities such as a private infinity pool and a custom-designed outdoor kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Special attention was given to the custom cutlery and tableware, adding a touch of elegance to every dining experience.
